Columbian coffee more than a century ago Msgr. Francisco Romero discovered the coffee region of Bucaramanga. He had men and women repent their sins by planting coffee. The result was a coffee so special that Msgr. Romero said it was worthy of being served only at the Mesa de los Santos (the Table of the Saints). Proceeds support Msgr Romero’s missions schools.
