Meet Our Staff
Great Employees is what makes it all happen at Leaflet Missal. Currently we employ over 50 full & part-time employees. Some are seasonal, they come back year after year to help us through our busy seasons of Christmas and Spring (Lent, Easter & 1st Communion). Without each of them we would not be where we are today.
Design Department
It all starts in our Design Department. We have a staff that varies depending on if we are putting a catalog together, or trying to make strides on our Website, creating advertisements or getting publications ready for release. Anywhere from 2-10 people are involved here. The production of these key elements is what starts the whole rotation process.
Call Center
We have the Call Center where we have a staff of 10 that answer all incoming calls, open and key in all mail-orders, do catalog requests and many other special projects.
Customer Service
There is an adjacent center for Customer Service that staffs another 10 employees. They also answer incoming calls and accommodate many customers with issues of damaged & returned product, to special “rush” handling, to personally walking an order thru to the ship release point to make sure it gets out and on its way, just to satisfy that “special” customer.
Warehouse Staff
There is our Warehouse Staff that can fluctuate anywhere from 8-20 employees and encompasses the Receiving & Stocking of merchandise, to Pulling and Checking orders, to the Special Handling & Packing of orders, to the Ship Release Station where the packages are weighed, metered and finally loaded on to the delivery trucks.
Agents, Directors & Accounts Departments
We also have in house Purchasing Agents, Human Resource Directors, an Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payables departments that employs about 8 others.
Showroom
And let us not forget our Showroom that is the house for our local customers to come and see hands on the product we carry in our catalogs and on our website, plus much more. Our staff can vary here from about 5-8 employees.
Pete and Diane
Most importantly let us not forget that it really starts with Pete and Diane. They have been the backbone of the company for 50+ years. Peter has worked at the Leaflet Missal Company since he was 16yrs old and Diane has been with the company for some 25+ years. Their devotion to Catholicism and their personal apostolate of building a foundation here at the Leaflet Missal is what truly is most important and comes out in their daily life and work. With out them Leaflet Missal would not be what it is today.
