Return Policies


Customer Service makes it easy to return an item! Please call or email Customer Service for Return Authorization on all products. Items eligible for returns must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging and accessories.

Items must be returned within 30 days. Some items are subject to special return policies; see below for more information.

Returns Guidelines

If you were sent an incorrect, damaged or defective product, we will replace and refund applicable shipping.

  • Books: must be returned unused and unmarked.
  • CDs, DVDs, audiotapes, videotapes and software: Returns only on defective products will be replaced and applicable shipping will be refunded.
  • Communion Dresses: must be returned within 7 working days with receipt; merchandise must be unworn, with tickets attached, and accompanied by the original invoice. Before returning please call 1-888-532-3538 and a Customer Service representative will be pleased to assist you in obtaining the return authorization number.
  • Jewelry: Oil and perspiration can discolor sterling silver and other metals. Our products are NOT guaranteed against tarnishing or changing colors - therefore are not returnable.  20% restocking fee on all 14KT gold returms.

Credit for Gift Returns


If you are returning a gift we will issue an immediate credit to the original payment method or provide an in house credit for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item indicate the item you are returning and the new item(s) you want to order. Please be as specific as possible when describing the new item. For example, give the item number, name, color, size, and so on. Then enclose the invoice with your return.

The item returned will be credited to the original payment method and the new item(s) will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable. Shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent.
