Returns Guidelines

Our goal is customer satisfaction. We understand you may occasionally need to return an item. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items returned after the 30 days within reason will incur a 15% restock fee. A refund or credit will be issued once item is received back in our warehouse and refunds processed.

Authorization RMA Required

Please call Customer Service at 1-888-532-3538 Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm CST for return authorization prior to returning an item. You will be issued an RMA number to include with your return. This number will ensure smooth processing of your return through our facility.

Please tell us when you call for return authorization if any of the following apply as special instructions may be necessary in these situations:

  • you would like to exchange for a different size or new item
  • you are returning a gift purchased by another person
  • you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item

Conditions and Restrictions

Please understand that returned items must be new, unused, and include all original product accessories and packaging. Postage will not be refunded. Restocking fees will be assessed if items are late, incomplete, or damaged. Some items are subject to special return conditions or restrictions, see below.

Books:
must be returned unused and unmarked
Communion Dresses:
must be returned within 7 business days of receipt; must be unworn and have all tags attached; must be accompanied by original sales receipt. 'Sale' dresses; FINAL SALE – NO RETURNS! Food Products: Non-returnable
14KT Gold Returns:
all 14KT gold jewelry items will be assessed a 20% restocking fee
Jewelry:
It is normal for body oil and perspiration to discolor sterling silver and other metals. Our jewelry, therefore, is not guaranteed against tarnishing or changing colors. No returns of worn jewelry will be accepted. Postage will be billed on jewelry items returned to the customer.
Media Products:
CDs, DVDs, audiotapes, videotapes, and software are non-returnable. If you receive a defective disc or tape, please call Customer Service to arrange for a replacement.
Personalized Items:
All personalized items are non-returnable. This includes embossed, embroidered, engraved, custom printed, and all other personalized items.
Special Order Items:
All special order items are non-returnable. This includes sized rings, patron saint rosaries, 14KT patron saint medals, and all other special order items.
Dropship Items:
Returned dropship items are subject to a 15% restock fee.
Sale Items:
All sales are final!!
