ST. ELIZABETH (of Hungary) PATRON SAINT ROSARY
St. Elizabeth of Hungary was a tireless servent of the poor, even building a hospital at the foot of the mountain her castle resided on and waited on the sick herself. Legend says her husband wanted to stop her and looking under her cloak found only roses rather than the bread she was carrying. She is patroness of bakers, the poor and ill.
The central disc is pewter with the Saint image set into the centerpiece with the Blessed Mother on the reverse, with a pewter crucifix.
