ST. GENESIUS (3rd century; early martyr) PATRON SAINT ROSARY
Legend holds that Genesius was performing before the Emperor Diocletian, satirizing Christian baptism, when he was suddenly converted to the faith! Enraged over this, the emperor had him tortured and then beheaded. He is patron of actors and other performers.
The central disc is pewter with the Saint image set into the centerpiece with the Blessed Mother on the reverse, with a pewter crucifix.
