Leaflet Missal works hard to bring you items that are of quality and that are in full conformity to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church, making our items great resources for explaining the faith clearly to those who have questions or who want to deepen their faith.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item, return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will happily exchange or give you refund, however shipping charges are not refundable and re-stocking fees may apply to some items.
If an item carrying our Leaflet Satisfaction Guarantee is found to not be in conformity with Catholic teaching, please submit documentation and sources showing the error and Leaflet Missal will take the item back for a full refund, and we will review the product in question.
If you happen to receive an item that you believe to be damaged or defective, please keep the original container along with packaging materials as this is required to file insurance claims.
