How do I shop for items or place an order online?
You can easily add items through the Quick Order tab at the upper right corner of the home page, or just shop the site and add items to you basket as you go. A credit card is required to finalize a purchase.

I'd like to ship a package to two different addresses. How do I do that?
We can accommodate only one shipping address per order. Please complete a separate order for each shipping address. Standard shipping and handling rates will apply to each order.

When can I expect my package?
Check our Shipping tab for rates chart, transit times, and RUSH shipping options. If you expect your order is in transit you can see where it is by clicking on the Order Tracking tab. 

Once package has tracking & delivery confirmation, Leaflet Missal is no longer responsible for shipment. "Signature Required" option is available for a fee.

My order includes a backordered item. What can I expect?
If you place your order online with our Catholic store, Leaflet Missal, and a shipment has been made, you will be notified via email once the order has shipped with an expected date for your backordered item. The expected date is the date the item is due in our warehouse from our supplier. If the backorder is due within one week of your order date, we will hold your order for the backordered item. If the wait for the backorder will exceed one week, we will ship the available items promptly and follow up with a backorder shipment. No additional shipping and handling charges will be billed for the backorder shipment. This does not apply to orders with a personalized or special order item; see below. Please note that expected dates are approximate; delays beyond our control sometimes occur.

My order includes a personalized item. What can I expect?
Most personalized items from our Catholic store take extra time for fulfillment and delivery. For that reason, those items will show an "Out of Stock" status when you place your order. Processing times vary by item so please note the expected turnaround time listed in the product description. Personalized orders may not be changed or cancelled once completed, so please verify all order information prior to completing sale. Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged.
Orders that include a personalized item will be held and shipped when the personalized item is ready. If you wish to receive your other items ahead of the personalized item, please complete separate orders. Standard shipping and handling charges will be applied to each order.

I've selected a special order item. What does that mean?
Some of the items we offer are available from our Catholic store Leaflet Missal on a special order basis only. This means we do not regularly stock the item in our warehouse, but will place a special order for the item on your behalf. Special orders may not be changed or cancelled once completed, so please verify all order information prior to commitment. Special order items may not be returned or exchanged.
Special orders usually take 3-4 weeks for delivery. Orders that include a special order item will be held and shipped when the special order is ready. If you wish to receive your other items ahead of the special order item, please complete separate orders. Standard shipping and handling charges will be applied to each order.

Does Leaflet Missal Refurbish? We offer repair and restoration of church goods that have lost their luster or been broken. If you have metal ware or statuary in need of tender loving care, please contact John in our Church Goods department.

Metal Ware
Metal ware restoration may include:

  • Repair or replacement of bent or broken pieces on your item
  • Polishing of item to remove pits or corrosion
  • Cleaning of item in preparation for plating
  • Plating in 24k gold, .999+ silver, copper, brass, or nickel

Please allow 3-6 weeks for metal ware restoration.

Statuary
Most statues can be restored, regardless of the statue composition. Statuary restoration may include:

  • Repair or replacement of broken or missing portions
  • Partial or complete repainting

Please allow 8 weeks for statue restoration.
