I was really excited for this kit as I am convirting so this is the first time I'm celebrating Epiphany. However, there were no instructions on what I am supposed to do with the 2 bags of (I assume) incense or the coins. There are instructions for the chalk and I appreciate the novena but if this is a kit it needs to tell me what I'm supposed to do with the other stuff. And tell me what the other stuff is.

This was the first time I've said a novena to and of the Maji. It was simple and heartfelt at the same time. My prayers for their intercession were much more than the prayers included, but that's the Holy Spirit working. I loved the gifts I gave to Jesus (the frankincense, myrrh, and "gold" coins), which I offered to him and Mary and Joseph on the 6th. I had the kit blessed by our priest, but I said the included prayers for the items as well and blessed them w/ holy water too. I then prayed as I wrote over my door w/ the chalk and then blessed my home and outlying area too.
What a great way to start the New Year to include bringing the three kings into my home, heart, and soul.
