Purchased this particular statue for a Holy Week/Easter presentation in my home. During the 1960's my parents would recreate Mt. Calvary and the Resurrection in statue form. Now, I try to the same. Pairing St. Veronica with statues of the Crucifixion and Pieta.

St. Veronica and the Holy Face is beautifully handcrafted and painted. Her face, shows true compassion. I collect various statues--this one is one of my favorites.
