Patron saint for those suffering from pandemics, epidemics, and plagues! Pictured with a treasure chest, she is also the patron saint of treasure hunters.

Saint Corona was a young Roman woman of the second century who was known for her faith and for comforting a dying soldier who had been tortured. Because of her faith and the charity she showed to the soldier, she was also killed, while bound to palm trees.
