Giuseppe Moscati was declared a saint during the reign of Pope John Paul II in 1987. Giuseppe was noble born but regarded his medical practice as a holy call to serve his fellow men and women. Before examiniations, he would place himself in the presence of God and encouraged his patients to receive the sacraments. W wonderful story of humble service and love.
