ST. TIMOTHY (of Lycaenia; companion of St. Paul) PATRON SAINT ROSARY
St. Timothy traveled extensively with the Apostle Paul, preaching and encouraging the new Christians, especially those suffering persecution from the Jews. Tradition holds he was the first bishop of Ephesus, and was killed for opposing a festival in honor of the goddess Diana.
The central disc is pewter with the Saint image set into the centerpiece with the Blessed Mother on the reverse, with a pewter crucifix.
