This lovely image features the grandmother of Jesus, Saint Anne, along with our Blessed Mother Mary (her daughter) and the divine Savior Jesus Christ (Mary's son). Their open arms and hands shows us that these women of faith, because of their willingness to embrace God's Will, would be the vessels through which salvation would unfold. Through holy motherhood and the Spirit, the Incarnation was made manifest in the fullness of time.
